Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki is a form of energy healing within the Reiki tradition — a practice that originated in Japan in the early 20th century and has since spread worldwide. Holy Fire Reiki is a more recent development within this tradition, introduced by the International Center for Reiki Training.
As a certified Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki Level II Practitioner I offer sessions for relaxation, stress reduction and general wellness support.
WHAT IS Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki?
Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki is based on the belief that a practitioner can support another person's wellbeing by working with energy through intention and gentle presence.
Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki is described within the tradition as a spiritually guided energy that is:

In a Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki session I hold a focused healing intention while working with energy on your behalf. Sessions are conducted online via video call.
You simply find a comfortable position, close your eyes and allow yourself to receive. There is nothing required of you except openness.
Each session is unique. Results and experiences vary between individuals.
