I’m Mariya Higman, founder of Enigmas Light Wellness, an online spiritual wellness practice connecting with clients and a global community from around the world.

I am an Akashic Records Practitioner, a live broadcaster hosting twice-weekly healing sessions on Insight Timer, and an advanced Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki practitioner, currently completing my Master certification this October.

My Journey

My path to spiritual healing has always been deeply intuitive.

Long before receiving formal certifications or working with metaphysical teachers, I experienced spontaneous soul-level insights from a young age. My connection with the Akashic Records developed naturally, becoming an important part of how I understand energy, patterns, and the deeper stories that shape our lives.

Before stepping fully into spiritual wellness, I spent more than 13 years in the corporate world, working across finance, auditing, and human resources.

That experience gave me a unique understanding of the pressures that can come with professional life, leadership, responsibility, and entrepreneurship. I understand both sides of the experience—the need for structure, clarity, and grounded thinking, as well as the importance of intuition, inner awareness, and energetic balance.

Today, I bring these two worlds together.

The clear, organized mind of an auditor meets the intuitive awareness of a spiritual practitioner.

My Approach: Structure Meets Flow

My practice is grounded in the traditional teachings and structured frameworks of Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki.

I deeply respect the established teachings, principles, and practices of Reiki while also recognizing that every practitioner experiences energy in their own unique way.

My own intuitive channel is closely connected with my work with the Akashic Records. During sessions, I may experience energy through inner imagery, colors, sensations, impressions, or intuitive and clairaudient messages.

These experiences can become part of the session as gentle insights for reflection and personal exploration.

I don't believe healing needs to look exactly the same for everyone.

There is a structure to the practice—and within that structure, there is room for the unique experience of each person.

Reiki & Akashic Records

My work brings together two complementary approaches:

Holy Fire® Reiki offers a gentle, intentional space for relaxation, energetic balance, and inner connection.

Akashic Records work provides a way to explore the deeper patterns, themes, and questions that may be arising in your life.

Together, these practices create a space where you can slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with your own inner wisdom.

My role is not to tell you who you are or what your path must be.

It is to create a supportive space where you can listen more deeply to yourself.

To create a peaceful space where you can pause, reconnect, receive, and explore what is asking for your attention.

Through Reiki, Akashic Records guidance, meditation, and intuitive work, we explore the deeper “enigmas” that may be standing between where you are now and where you feel called to go.

You don't have to have everything figured out before you begin.

Sometimes, the first step is simply creating enough stillness to hear yourself again.
